Depending on what airport you're leaving from, your trip may be affected but most likely not. Take it from me (NYC cop) stay away from the west side on Sunday.

It’s not this coming Sunday but the 27th—the weekend WB will be here.
Ditto on the West Village. Stay away. The night before will be cuckoo too and even Friday. It’s too bad, because there are a lot of nice restaurants in the Village. I forgot to mention that you should have at least one special meal while you are here.
