There is no case law that requires both parents to be US citizens in order to qualify as a Natural Born Citizen under Article Two/Section One.

Just like there will always be conspiracy theorists on every issue, there will be “birthers” living in a state of Obama in President denial.
A troll is a troll is a troll and he is no conservative, in fact he is a lefty. He avoids the scrutiny of JR and the mods by flying very low below the radar but not low enough. When I first came to FR he was already outed as one from the other side of the aisle.

He’s really worried about the BC and that must be his new assignment because he’s posted little else on FR for a year and a half now. If it’s a non issue, they are sure spending a lot of time and money doing damage control.
