I am not an expert on court procedures, military or otherwise.

I would like to see the records on Obamna released. I don’t know that this is the way to do it.

It may be that Col. Lakin will be imprisoned, for a long time. It may also be that he has decided that even such a fate is preferable to what he considers disobeying his oath to the Constitution.

I am very worried about America’s future under Obama.

If the Court Martial results in none of Obama’s records being released and Lt. Col. Lakin receives a harsh sentence it would cause a backlash. The mainstream media would finally carry the story albeit in their typical slanted way, but the discussion that would take place would result in more of the public becoming aware of the details of this situation. It would also give the right wing pundits who have been afraid to touch this issue a way to bring it up without putting their sorry butts on the line.

I am certain that solutions have already been floated in the back channels to end this without any negative repercussions to Col. Lakin if he would just drop it. My feeling is that Col Lakin is a man of honor who has stubornly insisted on putting his neck on the block for the good of us all. The military is where you find people like that. That is why we call them heroes.

What we are saying is that we have tried for two years to see one sheet of paper that is required by the US Constitution but he won't produce it.
