Outstanding. I couldn’t agree more. Hopefully in November the process will begin.

When the national petition is created, my name will be on it. I will keep watch online to see this happen-—that is, if the internet isn’t taken over by the government before that.

“And a call for a National Petition for new elections to select the next President of the United States of America must be initiated. We can wait no longer for a change of Power and new Government.”

I do not seem to recall a Petition Clause in the Constitution.

That’s right. ALL things not mentioned in the Constitution are for the People and the States. Let’s get busy.

The People need to appoint a POTUS performance Czar to fire under-performing Presidents

However, impeachment and the line of succession is outlined in the Constitution.

Count me in, and following the ousting of BArking Obama and the rest of the Black Klan let us proceed with charges of treason.

Nothing says the states and the people cannot demand or petition for a resignation.

It is. And since these people don't believe in the Constitution and it is not in force, it is time to restore it. However that must be done. Or are you saying we have no recourse because it wouldn't be "legal"?

What do you propose we do before November?

Seems to me the First Revolution Wasn’t “Legal” as far as King George was concerned.

March on DC, or state government, demand that the constitution be followed.

Just a few million friends to force the crooks out.

If the TeaParty would have marched on DC and not on Saturday and let these ahem elected "masters" whom are the in a large part the cause of these problems realize that we are fed up and not going to let them destroy this once and future great country fail because of them.

The crooks in the SEIU and other criminal orgs are not as many as the patriots in this country.

Just a thought

deal with the national issue at the local level. Encourage people in your local areas to ban SEIU, Moveon and other organizations that strive to demean the US Constitution. Eliminate the local organizations that are fostering the corruption. than go to the state level and rid the states of the corruptocrats. The federal government will fold to the States. The federal government exists only by the will of the people. the elcted officials in DC have lost touch with their constituents back at the local level. Maybe it is time that Washington DC is deemed no longer the seat of the federal governmnnt, move DC to the center of the uS. Any politician that desires to serve at the federal level is a part-time official whom is elected. the politician is paid only 13,000.00 a year. federal employees make only 13,000.00 a year. take back the government of the people for the people by the people. why is it that a politician has to be very rich to run. the same politician becomes richer while in office. Ban all lobbyist organizations. Tough shit that lobbyists will be unemployed. Someone needs to be unemployed, why not lobbyists who are no better than parasites.

“petition for redress of grievances...”

1st amendment

Nothing I know of that can prevent a potus from resigning, and nothing I know of that says the redress a petition desires is the resignation of a potus.

There was Velvet Revolution in Prague, there was Orange Revolution in Kiev, time for Tea Revolution in DC.
Demand resignation of traitors, revocation of all the “laws” they implemented, new elections and term limits.

It's right next to Article II that neither political party can seem to find either.
