Here is video of Arianna Huffington blaming the Gulf Oil Spill on George W. Bush and Dick Cheney! Huffington said, “It is absolutely, a 1000-percent, Bush-Cheney’s fault . . . ” Liz Cheney was on the same panel and immediately respond by saying that was absolutely not true:
The left, you are going to try — for years, you have been demonizing Bush and Cheney and I am sure you will continue to demonize them for years going forward. But we have got now a catastrophe in the Gulf coast, a catastrophe that happened under this administration’s watch, which this administration is failing to cleanup and be responsible for and lead, frankly. It is a problem we are seeing with this president across the board. The president has no leadership experience.

So far all of the "time line items" have bracketed the Clinton Regime and the Obama Regime ~ leaving the Bush administration virtually untouched with any of this.
I do recall the Democrats telling us that it took so long (10 years really is a long time to them) to prepare to drill wells and pump oil it was hopeless to "drill here, drill now" to get out of the "foreign oil" trickbag.
This environmental catastrophe is a Democrat deal from beginning to end.

What deregulation Arianna? Name one law they repealed. Cite for me please all the regulations they changed. Does she realize BP just started drilling this well last October? Obama’s administration permitted, approved, and inspected this entire operation. Barack Obama owns this gusher lock, stock and barrel.

How is it that Arianna Huffington ever became an expert on ANYTHING? Near as I can tell, she has a degree in econmics, but never held a ‘real’ job in her life. By her logic, I could blame her for the entire European financial crisis since she’s Greek.
“GW Bush did it!” Sounds just like the ‘9/11 Truthers’ who claim GW Bush brought down the Twin Towers. And of course GW Bush is responsible for the BP Oil Spill. And most everything bad that has happened since he was elected president, and for that mater many things before that he had his hand in! Oh...he was responsible for Gore marriage breakup. And the hurricane!
Arianna should be forced to explain how it is Obama received so much in campaign contributions from BP.
She married a rich guy who switched teams . She used to advocate for the right .

So when is some republican with balls going to stand up and say the truth- that the reason Gas is so expensive, and we are reliant on sending billions of dollars to Arabs who hate us, is because of LIBERAL DEMOCRATS AND GREENIES.
We could be drilling in ANWR keeping jobs and $billions in the USA if not for them (and RINO’s like McCain wh want to keep Alaska “pristine” - so we can look at how pretty it is or something...)
