If the guy is illegal and doesn't have a imminent reason to flee (I'm told there are lots of Palestinian Christians, but I don't know that), then he should go back.
But of course, this does point out the hypocrisy of the Obama administration. ALL illegals should be deported.

ALL illegals should be deported. There is such a thing as a "refugee." Of course, that title has bee abused beyond belief. But you know, for someone who is a Christian convert from inside Hamas, I think, just think mind you, that the guy would be in immediate danger of execution on the streets of his homeland. Or even Detroit.
Let's hope this "Rico Bartolomei" judge is not an anus-appointee of this administration, or of the Klowntons

If he is deported to any Arab country, he will be horribly tortured and then either stoned or have his throat cut with a dull blade. He should be able to gain diplomatic immunity, but with the usurping lawless creep who occupies our capital and directs our "justice" department, I don't see him being treated fairly.
BTW, is Obama's illegal alien aunt tootie or tootsi, or whatever still in our country?

(Hey, Barack "Hubris" Obama, $10 is all it would take, why spend millions to cover it up?)
