Here is BP's response to the EPA about oil dispersants.

They cite the studies that show that Corexit is less toxic than the dispersants the EPA wants them to use. Along with the fact that the supply of the other dispersants doesn't exist in large enough quantities to help and the companies that make them can't ramp up production enough to do any good.

Never let a good conspiracy theory go to waste. Let’s think about something here....pre “al gore’s internet” we didn’t have second by second thoughts broadcasted all over the world for all of us to consider. This author’s theory may or may not be true, but it certainly deserves some good investigating. i wouldn’t pooh-pooh this quite yet. if folks are willing to believe Glenn Beck as he puts pieces of the puzzle together, why not believe this as well. who knows, maybe Glenn will start talking about this in a week or two.
