If you dig a little deeper you will find NALCO is also associated with Warren Buffett, Maurice Strong, Al Gore, Soros, Apollo, Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, Hathaway Berkshire.
Warren Buffet /Hathaway Berkshire increased their holdings in NALCO just last November. (Timing is everything).”

The Russian press (sad that we have to look for some kernels of truth there) indicated the use of dispersants was halted becasue of fears of creating toxic rain that would poison vegetation and wildlife (and people) on the entire US eastern coast

Here’s another theory. What if “this administration” or just some other enviroweenies on their own, blew up that rig in an act of sabotage? Doing that would gain them just what O is doing, stopping all the drilling and exploring for oil that they can. Letting the spill go on and on, just reinforces the agenda of the far left. They don’t care if the waters are polluted, they care more that oil is not being drilled and the industry will be maligned for this for decades to come. I put nothing past this administration, nothing. Their agenda to ruin America as we knew it, is all they care about. No cost is too great for them in their pursuit to socialize this country.
If this was an explosion not purposely set off, this administration is still delighted with their good fortune at having it happen, as it furthers the agenda.
Accident or sabotage, the left will use this to their full advantage, even to the point of dragging their feet and hindering people like Bobby Jindal, who seek to remedy the damage.
This administration is standing in the way of those who want to stop this spill.

There are two possible answers to this post.
Either it is true, and that is horrible to imagine.
Or it is false, but just realizing that many people so distrust the 0bama Regime that they accept the possibility of it being true.
Either way it’s almost too horrible to contemplate -

If you’re REALLY interested in facts, the cold, dreary, unfashionable, and very much frustratingly dull facts, I suggest you spend some time reading a website called “the oil drum”. This website is a public forum, but it is also moderated by and led by people who actually DO this stuff for a living. They have clearly analyzed how this happened, what happened, and explain in great detail the technology, procedures, and so on that’s going on.
Splashy titles about conspiracies might get hits, but you’re never going to understand either the truth... Or how any of this actually works, until you get beyond them.
BTW, there’s far more informed postings on the issue of dispersants on that forum, as well. Not that I believe Obama would or has wasted any “crisis”, be it manufactured or real, in an effort to foist his agenda and enrich his cronies, but saying it could be shut off by now and done easily is completely wrong. They are in a desperate race against time and pollution and are trying things in a relatively reasonable order. STarting with the least risky and going on from there.
There is no “winning play” at this point in time. There will simply be a series of efforts made until something works. Note, this is not a defense of BP or anyone else. It is simply an argument that we need to understand the whole truth, and not get caught up in far fetched noise.
