Obama gave them an award for practices to follow among drilling companies a few months ago.
I am not blaming BP on this. Drilling several miles down through 2 miles of water has got to be a pain in the ass.
Im sure it is arduous, but Obama doesnt seem to have a grasp on the things he is overseeing.
