Here is video of GOP Rep. Mike Pence on Morning Joe today where he said it is time for President Obama to say the buck stops here when it comes to the Gulf Oil Crisis. Pence said Obama has failed to take the lead in this crisis.
When asked what Republicans would do about the crisis, Pence said Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jndal asked Obama two weeks ago to give the Army Corps of Engineers permission to take charge of the situation and begin building berms to try and protect the coastline from the Oil Spill. He still has not gotten the permission.
Pence said its time for Obama to stop leaving everything to BP to do, and instead say, the buck stops here.
Pence is right, but thats unlikely to happen, since our President never wants to take responsibility for anything. He wants to leave it all to BP so he can continue to bash them.

All BO does about anything is whine and cry like a little baby, point fingers, accuse others, become petulant and surly and with attention-deficit disorder big-time. This guy has some sort of shady Peter Pan syndrome.
of course there is the missing fire-booms and regular skimmer booms as well.
And of course there could have been offshore skimmer tankers gathering up ans separating oil and water every minute. Of course that would have required someone to get them and deploy them ... Who is on first?
It’s amazing how the liberals now spin “what can the President do”. They sure didn’t have that mind set during Katrina.
“The buck stops at Bush.”
B.H.Obama
What I am missing from those speaking out is the statement that his delayed response is not isolated to the oil spill. It is a pattern of behavior....
I like Pence, but where has he been on the Arizona 1070 issue? Does he have a lot of mexies in his district or something? He’s been rather silent.
Well, he DID just “put pressure on” Elizabeth Birnbaum of MMS to quit:

...and here’s why:

All they do is state that their foot is on BP’s neck. We don’t want BP crushed, we want the government and BP to work together to fix the problem. We can worry about BP’s liabilities later. Stepping on their neck doesn’t fix the problem.
