Nothing will happen unless the GOP takes back the House. And then only if the outsiders take control of the House leadership.
It’s hard for me to believe that this issue won’t disappear under a mass of “he said/she said” allegations. Who’s to say that instead of, “If you quit running, we’ll give you this job”, it was, “Well, if you’re not interested in election, we’d love to have you helping us in the administration?” I think we know what happened, but how do you prove it?
I see Rahm’s fingerprints all over this one. Why else would Sestak be keeping so quiet about this?
I recall this administration wanting to prosecute folks from the previous administration.

They could have video tape, DNA evidence, fingerprints, a signed confession, that Obama killed a buss load of Nuns, and this Congress wouldn’t impeach him. He could launch a nuclear attack on one of our own states and they wouldnt even have a congressional investigation. This wont go anywhere. Obama is untouchable.

First, you have the negotiations between Rahm and Blagadovich about whom was going to replace Obama in the Illinois Senate seat.
Second, you have the offer to Andrew Romanoff, former, Colorado House Majority leader, to not run against single vote getter Senator Michael Bennett.
Now, the Sestak offer. There is a pattern of behavior because to Rahm and Obama everything is politics and nothing is law because they are the ones doing it.
