Last week at least 2 anonymous sources reported to the Conservative Examiner that National Guard troops were on the move inside the country. As the days have progressed more reports surfaced, and several bloggers wrote that troops have been spotted on the move in massive convoys in various parts of the nation.
One source reported that U.N. 'peacekeeping' troops were part of the movement.
These reports that began as a small trickle of unconfirmed claims have now become a raging dam-burst as citizens in at least a dozen states have reported such unusual movements of troops.
Free Press International reported the following:
Eye witness reports from Georgia, Minnesota, Alabama, Kansas, and perhaps Texas suggest large scale mobilizations and deployment in progress for National Guard Units.
We were under the impression that National Guard in Georgia were being deployed to help evacuate Florida in the event of toxic fumes from the oil spill if the government decided to light the booms.
However, we are seeing reports from multiple states throughout the country.

Kool-aid drinkers always defend the powers that be no matter what, without question. I will question EVERYTHING done by THIS GOVERNMENT.
And I know for a FACT that not everyone who claims to be a Freeper is really a Freeper. Trolls for the Obama Administration and the forces of tyranny infiltrate these sites as they do all others.
Let the reader beware...and exercise discernment.

I am as worried about the National Guard being used in perfidy, as I am that the Tea Partiers are going to violently riot, smash store windows and loot. Highly unlikely.
Great reply - you're a voice of reason on this issue, yefragetuwrabrumuy.
There was a time when I would have said that too...with this administration, not so much.
They are probably getting ready for a backlash when the news of the permanent taxpayer bailout of union pensions and the government taleover of the 401k’s hits the major news.
PROVE it or shut up. That is a serious allegation, and one that I do not view lightly.
Freepers do not seek to malign and destroy other Freepers simply because of articles with which they may disagree. Such action is unconscionable, immoral, unethical, and unbecoming to conservatives. I have a long history and record of conservative activism. Thus, if you don’t know what you’re talking about you had best keep your mouth shut. Personal insults and false accusations will be dealt with appropriately.
I don't appreciate it one little bit. Disagreement is one thing, but personal attacks, ridicule, and attempts to discredit are another.
I accept the apology from you, but I have run into this type of thing here before many times, and I have to question the motives of those who do it.
