Surely this couldn't happen? The American power Act Climate Change legislation is currently before the Senate. A supposedly 'independent' report basically backs up everything Senators Kerry and Lieberman wanted you to hear. The trouble is they used the wrong set of figures for electrical power, using the installed Nameplate Capacity totals for power and not the actual power supplied by them to the grids for consumers, and believe me, the difference is as wide as a gulf, and also misleading. because it's technical, the intent might be to hoodwink the public. However, with the real figures so easy to find this was one attempt at deception that was bound to fail.

Lies, Damned Lies and Statistics.
This one is a keeper, because it documents both the futility and stupidity of accepting "on faith," both actual facts and projections (pipe dream guesses) of the "alternative energy" pimps and the hundreds of billions$ that they are spending ( all of it taxpayer dollars ) on a fraud every bit as criminal as the "Global Warming" fraud; perhaps more so, in ultimate dollars wasted.
I urge everyone to read the article, and others at the links it contains. They are not that hard to understand, and it affects the pocketbook of every working American in very large numbers, for a very long time.

That was certainly an interesting read. Even without the explanations of why the “report” was BS, we all knew it was going to be BS by the three key markers:
1) NYT “Fact Checking” approved it
2) John Kerry is behind it
3) It contains Liberal supported statistics
