Here is video from Hawaii giving the news that Republican Charles Djou has won the Special Election in Hawaii's first Congressional District.
Djou took 39.7% of the vote, beating two other major candidates - both Democrats, who split the vote between them.
"How about that," the announcer said upon hearing the news. The reporter said, "A Republican" wins, as if Republicans are some kind of bizarre animal.
Djou will have to run again in November to retain the seat.

This is the mime you’re going to see on all the Sunday shows today, if you can stand to watch them.
When conservatives win it’s some kind of strange upset...Anybody else see George Stepawhathisface “interview” Rand Paul on ABC??? Nothing but DNC talking points...and Paul called him on them. The folks at ABC acted as though Paul were crazy.
Expect more of the same.
Now, if you disagree with the DIMs & nobama no0t only are you a racist, you are insane. Figures.
“How About That”
The people of Hawaii are losing it. They actually voted a Republican into office; an evil, greedy, steeyupid,
cruel, un-compassionate Republican. (Seems that the Democrat machine didn’t “repair” enough voting machines.)
/S/
Racist bastard. “Would you look at that? One of ‘dem ‘dare minority republican won! Don’t see that everyday!”
Both Democrats, who split the votes between them. Sometimes the buddy system fails.
On another FR thread someone said that his High School son was speaking at a City Council meeting and one of the Libtards tried to cut him off (because he was using reason) and Charles D’ said “wait a minute this is one of my contstituents you don’t cut off one of my contstituents” and let him finish. Cool guy. Good luck to him in November.
Don’t they have a republican governor?
Total RINO.
Mel Allen’s still announcing?
