As governor, she was commander in chief of the state’s National Guard. She could hve called them up herself.

We don’t need a virtual fence, we need a real fence. In fact, forget the fence. Make it a wall and a moat backed up by the National Guard and throw in a military training base right on the border.

Illegal aliens sent $15 billion (I think that’s last amount I saw) to Mexico that they earned here this year. That’s money earned here but not spent here — in other words that money was a gift to Mexico.

The argument that they contribute to the economy as a source of cheap labor ignores the fact that it is a black market economy. Were they all made citizens tomorrow & had to pay for the certifications, insurance, licenses and other costs that federal, state and local governments impose upon citizens they wouldn‘t be employable. Which, by the way, is a great demonstration of the free market (not government controlled) at work: Cheaper.

And all the other stuff: medical care, education IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE, etc.
