We send back them!
We don need no stinkin Mexicans.
Kyl or someone from a border state should bring a bill to the Senate or House that is word for word Mexico’s immigration policy. This point is critical to the debate.
GO HOME NUMBNUTS!....
Mexico’s own citizens are required to carry proof of citizenship.
He doesn’t consider the US a soveriegn country, just territory to colonize.
I’d like to see someone in congress propose a bill immediately that exactly mirrors mexican immigration laws and expose calderon and all the liberals for the hypocritical pigs they are.
Instead of coming here and slandering our nation, go back home and figure out what is causing millions of your citizens to flee it.
Calderon has a lot of gall to come up here and tell us what we should do in OUR COUNTRY!
The interpreter stated that he used the work “migration” from Mexico versus immigration. I not sure if that’s true, but I do wonder if he looks at crossing our border as simply migration from Mexico - likes it’s a natural thing to do, sort like birds.
Hell, maybe Arizona should have designed their law in the image of Mexico’s immigration law.
If outsiders do not enhance the countrys economic or national interests or are not found to be physically or mentally healthy, they are not welcome. Neither are those who show contempt against national sovereignty or security. They must not be economic burdens on society and must have clean criminal histories. Those seeking to obtain Mexican citizenship must show a birth certificate, provide a bank statement proving economic independence, pass an exam and prove they can provide their own health care.
Illegal entry into the country is equivalent to a felony punishable by two years imprisonment. Document fraud is subject to fine and imprisonment; so is alien marriage fraud. Evading deportation is a serious crime; illegal re-entry after deportation is punishable by ten years imprisonment. Foreigners may be kicked out of the country without due process and the endless bites at the litigation apple that illegal aliens are afforded in our country (see, for example, President Obamas illegal alien aunt a fugitive from deportation for eight years who is awaiting a second decision on her previously rejected asylum claim).
Law enforcement officials at all levels by national mandate must cooperate to enforce immigration laws, including illegal alien arrests and deportations. The Mexican military is also required to assist in immigration enforcement operations. Native-born Mexicans are empowered to make citizens arrests of illegal aliens and turn them in to authorities.
Ready to show your papers? Mexicos National Catalog of Foreigners tracks all outside tourists and foreign nationals. A National Population Registry tracks and verifies the identity of every member of the population, who must carry a citizens identity card. Visitors who do not possess proper documents and identification are subject to arrest as illegal aliens.

Mexico has a single, streamlined law that ensures that foreign visitors and immigrants are:
in the country legally;
have the means to sustain themselves economically;
not destined to be burdens on society;
of economic and social benefit to society;
of good character and have no criminal records; and
contributors to the general well-being of the nation.
The law also ensures that:
immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;
foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;
foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the countrys internal politics;
foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;
foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;
those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison.
The Mexican constitution strictly defines the rights of citizens — and the denial of many fundamental rights to non-citizens, illegal and illegal. Under the constitution, the Ley General de Población, or General Law on Population, spells out specifically the country’s immigration policy.
The Mexican government will bar foreigners if they upset “the equilibrium of the national demographics.” How’s that for racial and ethnic profiling?

Of course they do.
Blitzer needs to get off the crack.
“and reference the older, harsher laws to argue that border states are only trying to do what Mexico does in its lower half, as well”
There is nothing in the Arizona immigration law that even comes close to the tough, rabid immigration laws in Mexico.
