Just over a month ago, Sharron Angle trailed the front-runner by 40 points in a crowded Republican primary to replace Harry Reid. Today, following a series of high profile conservative endorsements, Angle has skyrocketed to a near dead heat for the GOP nomination.

Sharron is a great candidate. If the US Senate was full of folks like her our country would be well on its way back to true greatness.

What Tea Party? There is no central Tea Party that gives endorsements, only members who give endorsements. Lowden was at the Searchlight Tea Party and spoke there, I don’t remember if Angle was there or not.

Yeah. She’s the one.
We had her on the America’s Summit call several months ago and she was great. Her principles seem to be outstandingly solid.
Frankly, she’s one of the few current or former office-holders I have been impressed by. Usually folks like that are doing little more than blowing smoke at you and telling you what they think you want to hear.
I sensed none of that from Sharron.

I think it was Laura Ingraham where I heard her. She was a bit upset that Tark’s camp was portraying her as an establishment silver spooner.

Sharon is a lovely woman and is definitely a conservative, but she will not win against Harry Reid. I am a Nevadan, been here 30 years and familiar with all the players here. She cannot win and it would be like reelecting Harry to nominate her.
