At the Senate hearings, wouldn’t it be great if Scalia did the questioning?

She’s sounds like a pompous ass who has lived in an academic bubble all her life.

Kagan is turning into a real P.O.S. Like the East Coast elite, she is so out of touch. What part of the first amendment doesn’t she understand ? Freedom of speech shall not be limited.

Kind of interesting, one of the people at my old company is on the fast track to becoming an executive and he made a comment that it is overdue to limit free speech. He was also in favor of Colorado’s gun restriction amendment back in 2000 as well.

Kagan: FEC has never applied this statute to a book.[Yet]
Scalia: What about a pamphlet?
Kagan: That's different: that's standard electioneering.

So "It depends on what your definition of 'pamphlet' is"?!

She isn't concerned with my liberties; she's concerned - like Pres. BO - about all those "negative liberties" in the Bill of Rights that get in the way of what the government can do to you.

Keep this Commie hag off the Court!
