This car had Windows Vista installed and during the test the OS suddenly reset itself for absolutely no reason.

Yes, she is heavy and has short hair. I know MANY women, including my own mother in law, who is heavy and has short hair. Not a les. And the passenger compartment of the Volvo, as designed. The auto brake however... not so much as designed.

NASCAR cars are built with strong frame to protect the driver from crumpling tin can. The panels and parts fly away, but the frame cage protects the driver just old big clunkers do. At 22 mph and wearing seat belts, it would just wake up driver.

Yep. the cars frontal crumple zone preserved that truck rear bumper very nicely. Wouldnt you say?

An onler vehicle would have a steel, rail type frame, a steel bumper and the wieght to transmit its own energy in the form of pushing the truck forward. That car is headed to the crusher while the old car could be repaired. Well, you also have to hose out the remnants of the previous owner, too... Back then, it was cheaper to spend a few months in the hospital than buy a new car. Now the costs have changed, I'd rather sacrifice a $40,000 car than end up mangled in a wreck that could be rebuilt.

Seems like a helluva lot more folks are going to the hospital now that back in the day.
I walked away from a collision/5x rollover/endo, and I was happy as hell to do it... And glad I was in my pickup when it happened.
The pickup had heavy bumpers front and back, a steel lumber rack, and of course, a full frame, but boxed in to provide extra strength.
I bought a used 1/2 T 2wd for a body, straightened out the front bumper, and built a new ladder rack... The truck was back on the road in 10 days.
Don't tell me about crumple zones.
