What I think people should focus on is the natural-born citizenship issue. It is the defendant who must prove he qualifies.

The birth certificate has been so maligned, it’s time we focus on the Constitutional natural-born citizenship clause.

Just my two cents.

And yes I think the truth there will disqualify him.

The birth certificate is just part of the evidence that would either refute or confirm any "Natural born" status he might have.

If nothing else, it will show, if we've been told the truth, that his father was born in Kenya. From there you'd need more evidence to show that his father was not a citizen. But all that would be avoided if the BC shows BHO Jr himself was born outside the US, because that would have him either later naturalized, or still an illegal alien. Either way, not an NBC.
