By giving soldiers awards for ‘constraint’?
By prosecuting soldiers for murder if they kill the enemy?
By cutting the military budget to the quick?
By turning the Navy into a global salvation army with their multi-mission platforms built for relief, instead of giving them warships?
By cutting the budget of the Coast Guard and taking away funding to modernize their fleet?
By changing the rules of engagement so that the soldiers cannot fight if it might hurt a civilian in a combat zone?
By promoting diversity in the armed forces so that muslim radicals can be promoted to high ranks, then go on base and kill our soldiers?
