Here is video of Attorney General Eric Holder in his remarks today trying to rewrite history. In this short clip, Holder said that the actions of bystanders in alerting authorities "saved lives" and "thwarted" the attempted car bombing in Times Square.
That is just not true. The attempted attack failed because the bomb did not go off. The bystanders and authorities reacted bravely and effectively once they knew a threat existed, but they did not "thwart" this attack. If the bomb had worked, many people would have died.

Thwarted must be a latin legal term for “letting the bomber get on the airplane with all the innocent civilians, even though a half-wit in a coma should have been able to keep the Muslim terrorist off the plane”.
I heard the street vendor on Fox and Friends this morning. I give him much of the credit. The car was sitting there with it’s flashers going, keys in the ignition and engine running which seemed really off to him. He’s familiar with what goes on around him and evidently has a great relationship with the NYPD. He got in touch with them and alerted them to something out of the ordinary.

I’m glad for that. Bammy needs to stay out of any of the glory. He had nothing to do with it.
My question? Just how long have they had this idiot bomber on ther radar? What took them so long to catch him, why didn't they TWART him sooner?
Why did they not suspect this was going to happen with this guy? Lots of questions.
