You were giving the FBI and HS the credit and they weren't even on the scene until called in by NYPD.

FBI did a good job apparently.

What specifically did HS do?...he even went thru security at JFK!!!

I gave them credit for being part of the investigation and, at the time, I thought it was the FBI that arrested the suspect at the airport.

At the time he went through security at JFK, was there a bulletin out on this guy? Was the TSA even alerted to this guy? Every indication is NO.

In fact, they cops let the guy go as far as they could before arresting him. So they either didn’t tell the TSA or told the TSA to let him pass.

Nothing here even hints at incompetence by these agencies, but time may tell.
