Here is audio of Dr. James Dobson endorsing Kentucky GOP U.S. Senate Candidate Rand Paul, after having endorsed his opponent last week.

Dobson says he was given "misleading" information about Paul's stance on abortion by "senior members of the GOP." No explanation on who those officials were.
