Rumors Swirl Around Oil Rig Explosion
NoisyRoom.net ^ | 5-2-2010 | Terresa Monroe-Hamilton

have heard many, many rumors swirling around the BP oil rig explosion. Frankly, I don’t know what to think at this point. What I will say is that I don’t think it was an accident. I have heard that 15 fail safes failed.

The first thought that came to mind is that our beloved government or eco-terrorists are behind it. But there are darker theories out there that you should know about. They may be untrue, but ask yourself: what if? In the age of Obama-in-Wonderland, nothing is improbable anymore.

Snip

By the way, North Korea is not our only enemy that could come from Cuba or South America. Iran has been building up their Qods Shock Troops in Venezuela and the Pentagon is predicting military clashes between the US and an Islamic paramilitary force. Plus we have all the violence on the Mexican / US border. So, opportunity and motive abound for our enemies who are at our back door.

So is it likely North Korea hit the oil rig? Nope… But is it possible? Yep… And we just sit here clueless as a nation while our numerous enemies poke at us with sticks and ready themselves to attack us. Meanwhile, expect more and more of this lethal crap to happen and more and more Americans to die while we are called conspiracy theorists and nuts. One more tidbit… Just remember, Rush Limbaugh pointed out this explosion happened the day before Earth Day. I don’t believe in coincidence, do you?

But it’s okay – our fearless eco-leader Interior Secretary Ken Salazar is declaring that the Obama administration is going to “keep our boot on the neck” of BP. Right… This couldn’t have been tied to the EPA, Cap and Trade and Obama, now could it?

Didn’t Hyundai Heavy Industries build the platform? They’re from South Korea. Who leased the platform? BP (doesn’t that mean British Petroleum)? Was this spill in or out of international waters? I believe it was within our borders, so I say an act of terrorism. Platforms don’t “just” blow up, do they?

In the article there are many links

I've been around since the early days of the Internet and one thing I've learned is that there is an inverse relationship between the credibility of a "theory" and the number of "links" contained in it. The only thing worse is when the explanation begins with "ask yourself," which this one includes as well.

On Friday, Mark Levin interviewed someone who called in to his show. The guy was on the rig when it blew. Extremely fascinating. If you missed it, you should go and download it.

Mark Levin had one of the survivors on his show. Guy said the gas vapor came back up and overwhelmed the safeties. He didn’t think it was anything except an accident.

A hazard survey consists of very high resolution seismic,
sidescan sonar and other techniques for the near surface.

The survey is a good indication from surface to bedrock.

Correct. Hyundai built it for Reading Bates for $350 million in 2001. Reading Bates later sold the platform to Transocean who is the current owner.

We’ve been waiting for Obama to try something. I don’t think this is it, though, it took him too long to figure out how to take advantage of it.

If there was evidence of anything out the ordinary don’t you think it would have been found by now?

The damned thing blew up. That's pretty much 'out of the usual' wouldn't you say

Not really... this stuff happens to rigs from time to time. We have been flying for almost a century and we still have plane crashes.

Friday 04/30/2010 Halliburton and the Gulf Disaster [Greg Pollowitz]

WSJ:

"An oil-drilling procedure called cementing is coming under scrutiny as a possible cause of the explosion on the Deepwater Horizon rig in the Gulf of Mexico that has led to one of the biggest oil spills in U.S. history, drilling experts said Thursday.

"The process is supposed to prevent oil and natural gas from escaping by filling gaps between the outside of the well pipe and the inside of the hole bored into the ocean floor. Cement, pumped down the well from the drilling rig, is also used to plug wells after they have been abandoned or when drilling has finished but production hasn't begun.

"In the case of the Deepwater Horizon, workers had finished pumping cement to fill the space between the pipe and the sides of the hole and had begun temporarily plugging the well with cement; it isn't known whether they had completed the plugging process before the blast.

"Regulators have previously identified problems in the cementing process as a leading cause of well blowouts, in which oil and natural gas surge out of a well with explosive force. When cement develops cracks or doesn't set properly, oil and gas can escape, ultimately flowing out of control. The gas is highly combustible and prone to ignite, as it appears to have done aboard the Deepwater Horizon, which was leased by BP PLC, the British oil giant.

"Concerns about the cementing processand about whether rigs have enough safeguards to prevent blowoutsraise questions about whether the industry can safely drill in deep water and whether regulators are up to the task of monitoring them.

"The scrutiny on cementing will focus attention on Halliburton Co., the oilfield-services firm that was handling the cementing process on the rig, which burned and sank last week. The disaster, which killed 11, has left a gusher of oil streaming into the Gulf from a mile under the surface.

"Federal officials declined to comment on their investigation, and Halliburton didn't respond to questions from The Wall Street Journal.

The rest of the WSJ article is here.

It bears to keep in mind that when such calamities occur the first thing courageous citizens must do is to confront the keepers of information, the media handlers, wherever they can be found, in restaurants, taxis, wherever and determine above all else, what frequency the perpetrators are using.

Ok.... How exactly? The government put brain control chips responding to HARP ultra-low frequency emitters in Area 51 in Klebold and Dylon’s heads? Or maybe they used drugs in the water supply to make them brainwashable? Please, inquiring minds want to know

LOL! Fair question. As with Columbine, I have no proof, in fact, I don’t even have any credible evidence.

Meant to add, there only seem to be a string of strange negative coincidences as it relates to major policy changes.

Wait until we are on the cusp of a new nuclear plant.
