They say that the Lib Dems will be the kingmakers.I've read that one thing they'll demand is a referendum on “proportional representation” which,it's claimed,will destroy the Conservative Party.I don’t understand any of that but that's what they say.The downward spiral of the once great United Kingdom continues...or so it would appear.
