“Texan”? Just goes to show how wrong we are. The Times, the great New York Times (who is never wrong) now tells us that the "Motor City Madman" is really aTexan. Does this mean Nugent has been fibbing to us all this time?

Well first of all, the list of influential people is from Time Magazine, not the New York Times. Secondly, it is CypressTimes.com (a Texas blog) that said Ted Nugent is Texan, not Time Magazine or the New York Times.
