The military officers and enlisted personnel with whom I spoke are all dedicated uniformed Patriots who are loyal, first and foremost, to their oath to "support and defend" our Constitution "against all enemies, foreign and domestic."

I dont believe that at all. If ordered to do so, the military and police will open fire on anyone regardless if it is warranted or not. The CIC is their ultimate authority. Not the Constitution.

That question is the theme of all three of my novels.
