Well, she
is the former AZ Attorney General, and she can read S.B. 1070 as well as the rest of us (and she better be able to interpret it, being a lawyer and all), and it is basically US Code adapted into state law,
and it is 16 only pages, but never mind that. She's in charge of Homeland Security, but she can't figure it out.
