Philipe Toutonghi born in Turkey about 1903 and his Egyptian wife Lorice (1907-1991) departed Alexandria, Egypt on the ship Vulcania May 26, 1946 and arrived in NYC on June 12, 1946 with their sons Joseph age 13 & Michel age 7, and daughters Celeste age 19, Therese age 16, Jean age 11 & Mary age 10, who were all born in Egypt.
Celeste married Harvey Wolfe and died in 2005. Mary J. Toutonghi who lives in Soldotna, AK was born in November 1935. She coincidently has a friend named Madeline Payne from Seattle listed on her facebook page.

I believe the Mary who lives in Soldatna is the daughter-in-law, not daughter of Philippe. What’s interesting is that Philippe was a professor at Gonzaga, yet when he died, there was no listing in the Social Security death index. So, did he not pay Social Security? Lorice, however, is listed in the index. Yes, very interesting that Anna somehow finds an apartment, post haste, in Seattle and has Egyptian Muslim neighbors, with a Latvian (Russian Empire) babysitter. That is, IF baby Barry actually was in Seattle. Ever.
