For Scouts, it’s the Totin’ Chit, which means they’ve learned how to safely and responsibly handle a knife. But get all four corners torn off (for unsafe handling incidents), and you have to retrain and requalify.

Guess I had the term wrong. I had mine revoked with just
one incident. However I won the ax throwing contest.
