l969-71 - National Security Council (Senior staff member for Latin America,
1971-77, served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury
but Milken Bio says Dpty Asst Sec State from 1977-1981
1981-88 senior Director of S.G. Warburg & Co. Ltd
1988 - joined Oxford
1989 - President of Nachmanoff Associates Ltd., an international financial advisory firm based in Washington, D.C. since its establishment in 1989,
Something is waaay off! They can’t get the story straight whether the guy was working for the Treasury or the Department of State? Whenever I see ‘Foreign Service Officer’, I always suspect CIA, etc. Not sure that is fair or correct..but it always sets my radar off. Thanks for the info.
