"A misleading statement (as usual)!!!"

I'm going to give you a pass, because as you have explained, English is not your first language. Donofrio petitioned the Supreme Court for a writ of certiorari. In layman's terms, he asked the Supreme Court to review his case. The Supreme Court denied his petition (frequently called "denied cert") without comment. That is NOT "reaching the Supreme Court". "Reaching the Supreme Court", means that you have been granted cert. To date, neither Donofrio, or ANY birther case has been granted cert.

I also believe, but am not completely positive, that NO birther case has even been given a date for oral arguments at the Circuit Court level. Oral arguments or not, not a single motion to appeal dismissal has prevailed at the Circuit Court. Not once. You could argue that Donofrio has reached the Circuit Court, primarily because the Circuit Court affirmed the lower court's decision. But, the Supreme Court has never even agreed to hear the case.

So much for me "misleading" anyone. You might want to verify your understanding of English as well as legal terminology before you accuse people of misleading statements.
