actually I should have had a question mark after the first one. It just seemed contradictory with the other stuff.
As for the one prior president, you have to explain the legalities to address the present case. For example, the law was different, statute of limitations, congressional rules were different then (ala how senators used to be elected)
If you can do THIS correctly, you could even eliminate birthright citizenship altogether.
