If the feds had done their job it wouldn’t have needed to be up to the states to fill the gaps.

Oh and the “show me your papers” thing is only AFTER they pull you over for an offense. They can’t pull a person over without probable cause.

Joey is enjoying his chardonnay in the UpperEast side of Manhattan.

He gets to go all of the in wine tastings, social engagements, book parties etc.

He loves his acceptance as a Republican, self proclaimed conservative - as long as he denounces real conservatives as redneck nazis, racist nativists, and zealot Christians on occasion.

Who knew a good ole boy from the Florida panhandle was really a Metrosexual progressive.

Um....’show me your health insurance papers’ is OK, but ‘show me your citizenship papers’ is not? The Feds don’t even need probable cause for the health insurance scheme.

They can’t pull a person over without probable cause.

Pull up to the day labor pickup point in plainclothes/unmarked car and yell "migra, migra"! Anyone running away has given probable cause to check their status. Repeat as necessary.
