There is an excellent chance that she will. If she is willing to sign this, the next one is almost in the bag. Brewer is a tough cookie, and Obama has been threatening her. Arpaio & Brewer are not cowards, they are just the opposite.
Remember when Obama threatened Arpaio over his raids? Arpaio openly laughed, and 4 days later, did another king-sized raid. LOL.
