This is not as bad as the Death Panels which will decide if saving your grandmother, or mother, or even you is worth the expense based on your production value to our new Socialist State.

Keeping things in perspective, you may be correct.
If healthcare is a constitutional right, then those who possess the knowledge, skills, and licenses to provide healthcare naturally must give forth those services whether they are inclined to or not.
Monetary compensation to healthcare “workers” should not matter either if your services are considered to be the “rights” of others. (not my thinking, but it’s only logical if one believes this to be true)
