Thanks “BCCI” is the CIA scandal I was thinking about. Yes President Eisenhower was the real deal, but it was his predecessor, whom I can remember the name “buck stops here” guy, who appointed known Commies to write UN charter, and also then allowed UN commanders to approve every offensive operation in “UN operation” called the Korean War - read General Walker's book on his experiences!
