There they go again. I think this is a liberal trying to split the conservative movement, just as we may be on the verge of a breakthrough.

I read through some of these blogs, he has a point about faith needing to be restored even among conservatives or what ever we try to do to restore this country will be for naught.

Now as for the motivations of this bloggist, who can say?

I agree. It’s the right thing to promote morals and principles in conservatism, but turning it into a holy roller crusade is a huge turn-off to people like me...and I suspect many others who could be valuable allies. Limited government and respect for others to live their lives without government interference should be the core message. As much as many Freepers despise the liberal nanny state, a lot of us don’t want a religious nanny state as a replacement.
