Just like Jamie Gorelick's separation between the FBI and CIA allowed the passage of 9-11 attackers into the country unmolested, what led to OKC was and is ignored until it all goes down the memory hole. History is a diligent teacher, though. If you don't get your lessons right the first time, it will make you repeat them until you do.
