This theory is a bit wacky, but could explain why school records are mysteriously “unavailable”. If true, however, you can bet he was a double agent, recruited by the enemy to run then become OUR President.
One would think that a "covert" agent would have even more normal records than anyone else. That would make someone above suspicion.
