Do you bring your own equipment or what?
I bring some of my own equipment, depending upon whether the client wants to work with me more than one day a week or just one day. If they work with me one day, I give them a routine, go through it with them once, and they will do it by themselves within that week (I am not crazy about that arrangement because I cannot correct errors,etc.). Because the routine changes week-to-week (for progression and to avoid muscle adaption), I won’t meet with a client once a month or bi-weekly. So, if they work with me one day a week, they do need to have some of their own equipment.
