THIS is a loss: AZ is poised to become the third state in the union to recognize "Constitutional Carry" (we're already open carry, this bill would additionally recognize concealed carry without the need for a CCW permit)! The bill, SB1108, has passed the legislature and has been on the Governor's desk awaiting signature since Monday, the 12th. If she doesn't veto it by the end of Saturday, it will become law even without her signature.
Not totally unreasonable if true, she's been busy this week and several of the other bills got to the last day or so before receiving her signature.
