Its not in the Bible, but its a fair statement: 'The road to hell is paved with good intentions'.
No man-made government is perfect, but our Constitutional Republic (with limited Federal powers) was the best that has come down this pike in a long, long time... Seeing it slide away due to apathy, communist infiltration (of the media, DNC, schools), and power hungry politicians is a study of man's depravity in action...
