The axe appears to be falling on an Army officer who is refusing to deploy to Afghanistan until President Barack Obama proves his eligibility to serve as president of the United States by producing genuine proof of his citizenship in the form of his original 1961 birth certificate.

Almost two weeks after Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin made public the fact that he is wiling to risk a court-martial if that’s what it takes to determine whether or not President Obama is eligible to serve as president of the United States, U.S. Army officials have revoked his Pentagon access pass, read him his Miranda rights and informed the physician once responsible for the well-being of the pilots and flight crew that transport Army Chief of Staff General George W. Casey that he is about to be charged with serious crimes.

This news, made public today by the American Patriot Foundation, marks the latest milestone in the case which began March 30 when Colonel Lakin announced he would refuse to obey orders to report to Fort Campbell, Ky., April 12 and, in turn, deploy for his second tour of duty in Afghanistan.

According to this news release, Colonel Lakin was informed yesterday that he will shortly be court-martialed for crimes -- specifically, missing movement and conduct unbecoming an officer -- that for others has led to lengthy imprisonment at hard labor.

Noteworthy: The YouTube video in which Colonel Lakin announced his intention to challenge President Obama's eligibility to hold office has now been viewed more than 110,000 times.

If he was not such a man of honor - he could claim conversion to Islam and get a Congressional Medal instead of a Court Martial from this CIC.

I suspect the fix is in. Obama will let it be known through back channels that it will not be tolerated for a military judge to allow this soldier to request any evidence that questions the One’s right to be President.

Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin IS following his oath and he IS trying to defend the Constitution. The Constitution takes precedent.

He is courageous, and is willing to sacrifice for this country. The point is that we don’t know what future military orders will be given by Barry, and that is truly frightening.

LTC Lakin knows this, and is doing what he can to save this country. It isn’t about himself...it is about the country! He is no less a hero than those who sacrifice themselves in battle for the sake of their buddies. Instead of a court martial, he deserves the Medal of Honor.

I hope this brings unprecedented attention to this matter, and that the birth certificate will ultimately be something that cannot be ignored. If Barry had nothing to hide, the certificate would have been presented years ago.

Just wondering: What happens to the brave colonel Lakin if--- in the near future---Obama is forced to allow Hawaii officials to release his long form birth certificate to the public and the media, and we find out that the long form birth certificate does NOT have a doctor signature or a hospital name on it?

Will the brave doctor Lakin receive a congressional public apology that says that Lakin was right all along? I hope so.

Well it looks to me like things have progressed to the point where it’s going to be a given that information will come out that proves he isn’t eligible to be POTUS and the emphasis has been shifted to ensuring that anything he has signed into law stays law...thus the de facto officer doctrine arguments.

But the Hawaii Department of Health has not confirmed that they issued the document. Why not?

No Hawaii hospital will admit that Obama was born in their facility. Why not?

Obama is President of the United States but certain aspects of his life are being purposely hidden. The fact that his birth certificate and all of his school records and hosts of other documents are inaccessible, proves that he is hiding something. What is he hiding? And who has the power and the wherewithal to hide all those documents? Why? What is Obama hiding?
