No the orders were based on Obama's approval, and orders for, the "Surge" in Afghanistan. Sure that was under the Congressionial use of force resolution, but it still originated with Obama.

Therein is your error. Impeachment, trial and conviction are the way to remove somebody from office who legitimately obtained the office once they have proved themselves unworthy of it. Hypothetically, lets forget about the natural born aspect, and suppose that it could be proven beyond any doubt that Obama was only 33 years old. He can not (Constitutionally) be president. There would be no reason to impeach him because he's simply not eligible, regardless of the electoral college results, how many times he took the oath, and how much the MSM bleats about unfairness.

But the Hawaii Department of Health has not confirmed that they issued the document. Why not?

No Hawaii hospital will admit that Obama was born in their facility. Why not?

Obama is President of the United States but certain aspects of his life are being purposely hidden. The fact that his birth certificate and all of his school records and hosts of other documents are inaccessible, proves that he is hiding something. What is he hiding? And who has the power and the wherewithal to hide all those documents? Why? What is Obama hiding?
