I was reading a commentary on another site and the author said that 80% of our military belongs to the “Oathkeepers.” Anyone know about this or is it off limits in public discussion?
I did a search and found nothing.
I wish it were 80%. It’s growing fast, the organization just started less than a year ago IIRC.
They allow non-military/LEO members as well, “citizen” members. It takes them several weeks to vet people, they are careful about that.
I dont know about that, but, my best friend just got back from Iraq last Dec from his second 18. I asked him yesterday what he thought would happen if it broke out here-I.E. how many did he think would fire upon US civilians. I said he did not know of any that would do that especially if men like him and other Iraq vets stood in opposition in front of them. It is still a band of brothers.
Obama is looking at big trouble. The majority of the sticks on the ground wont obey orders to fire upon US civilians.

I doubt that it is that high, but it is gaining every day.
