It's the cherry on top of all the other Kenyan parliament members accepted and who proclaimed that Obama was "the son of the THIS soil" and "that the country which he ORIGINATES from" and other comments about Obama.

In other words, Mr Orengo's statement as a matter of fact verifies that the other members of the Kenyan Parliament words on November 5, 2008 that Obama was born in Kenya.
