Now comes the hard part of proving that the person that made the statement is not just mistaken.

You'd think such a statement on the floor of a national legislature, and recorded in their official record, would be enough "probable cause to believe", to obtain suppeanos for whatever documentation the state of Hawaii supposedly has. IOW, it may not be sufficent proof in itself, but it comes from a credible source and should be enough to get a court to unearth the Hawaiian records. Perhaps a military court will believe it is?

But don't hold your breath.

Well this is not the first time the Assembly made this kind of statement. The day after obama was elected president, Nov 5 2009, this what was said in the assembly....

Just scroll down to the highligthed section. I guess they wanted to shut down the assembly early so they could go party with the rest of OBAMAS COUNTRY!
