Why in hell are we providing free treatment to Africans ANYWAY??!!
Because we're Americans, and that's what Americans do. We are (through Christ) the shining light for the world - or at least we used to be. Each of these people will know that it was the United States that offered help when the rest of the world shunned them.
Because it is what Christians do when they can. Say what you will W is a Christian.
